How to download your’s facebook data which facebook keeps in its record

Facebook maintains a data about everything you do on social network so it becomes important that you must know what facebook has in record about you. So how we can see the data which facebook is maintaining and download it in our computer systems. Please follow below steps on how to download your facebook data: –

1. Login your facebook account on your computer system.
2. Go to facebook ‘Settings’ page
3. Now click on ‘Download a copy of your facebook data’ displaying just below Manage Account.
4. You will be redirected to new page where you should click on ‘Start My Archive’.
5. Again you will get alert message ‘Start My Archive’, click on it.
6. Now the link will be send to your primary e-mail id.
7. Click on the link, you will be redirected to your facebook account ‘Download Archive’ page.
8. Click on ‘Download Archive’, you will be prompted to enter password for security reasons.
9. When the password is entered a Zip File will automatically be downloaded.
10. Extract the files from Zip File, you will see an ‘index.htm’ file. Kindly click on it now you can see your all facebook data from start date of your facebook account.

GST E-Way Bill Registration Process

From 1 April, 2018 the new bill system for Inter-state movement of goods has been launched that is E-WAY (Electronic Way) bill system under GST (Goods and Services Tax). As per circular released by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) under Section 68 of GST Act any consignment of goods of value above Rs. 50,000 being carried by a person in charge of conveyance must have a E-Way bill with goods. Transporters or registered persons can generate E-Way bill from https://ewaybillgst.gov.in as directed by CBIC.

GST E-Way Bill Registration Process for Registered Transporters of GST Portal: –

All registered persons need to register again on https://ewaybillgst.gov.in/ using GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number).
When the e-waybill portal opens up, click on Registration and select E-way Bill Registration.
Now a new window open where you have to enter your GSTIN.
When you click on ‘GO’ then an OTP will be send to your mobile number registered with GST Portal.
When the authentication completes you will be able to generate Username and Password for e-way bill system.
Now after the Username and Password is generated, E-way bill can be generated by entering your required information.

GST E-Way Bill Registration Process for Unregistered Transporters: –

All unregistered transporters must visit e-way bill portal at https://ewaybillgst.gov.in/ where you have to click on Registration and select Enrolment for Transporters.
Now fill all the required information and click on Save.
Now your Transporter ID will be generated which you can give it to your clients.

Why Employees not getting good appraisals?

There are number of reasons why employees not getting good appraisals and here are few which we have find out as per below.

Performance evaluations not done in real time instead they taken place annually which is not a correct way of identifying and resolving the performance issues.
Managers check the performance on personal commitment, technical knowledge and attendance. These are not the good ways to measure performance. Correct ways to measure performance are output quality, responsiveness, value and volume.
Managers are not held responsible for not providing accurate feedback regarding employee which is common these days. Only for late providing of data managers are responsible.
Many performance appraisal systems focus on weak performers and they focus less on top performers which leads to non-sharing of best methods required for best performance.
Performance assessment usually done by one manager which can impact salary and promotion but if it is done by two managers then there is less chances of accuracy and fairness.
Employees of same job are compared to each other not each member of team with one another.
Performance appraisal process is managed by Low level HR personnel who is unknown to performance levels and productivity level.
Managers in some organizations are not well aware of the assessment process so they cannot give any proper feedback.
Managers does not give good rating to employees to keep them away from promotion.
Many managers feel that they are not the owners so why should they bother. They put little effort on performance appraisal and try to blame HR department of discrepancies.

Managers mistakes that force Employees to quit!

It is true that Employees quit jobs not because of personal reasons but due to their Mangers mismanagement or mistakes. Managers intentionally or unintentionally make mistakes that force their employee to leave the organization. Some big mistakes we found are as follows.

Managers overburden employees with work assignments on daily basis that make employees feel helpless which may result in health issues and force employee to move away.
Office Politics and favouring only closely related employees makes other employees understand who will get the next promotion which is a very sad situation for any work environment.
Managers do not show sympathy to employees when an employee facing any type of personal problem like illness and managers instead of giving them break they asked them to continue with work in office.
Under harsh circumstances in office instead of supporting the employees the managers start criticizing them of not completing the work in specified time. Employees then lose their morale and trust on manager.
Managers try to control every movement of employee which reduces the freedom of doing the work with open heart and employees feels like stuck in a hole. Employees then unable to best performance in organization.
Managers does not appreciate the employees achievements and does not reward them for their efforts. Mangers move to next task ignoring the employees dedication to work and how much they have sacrificed to complete the last task.
Lack of growth opportunities in organization which is the sole responsibility of manager leads an employee to quit the organization.

Vijay Mallya is already fighting an extradition bid by India in London as he is wanted for making frauds to banks in India of Rs 9000 crore.

Vijay mallya’s former wife Sameera Tyajbee was also an Air hostess in his airlines to whom he was married. From his past two marriages Vijay mallya has three kids, one is a son named Siddharth and other two are daughters named Leanna and Tanya.

He has taken shelter in London since he has fleeing from India because of arrest warrants issued against him due to fraud and money laundering case. He gets Rs 16 lakh weekly allowance for his living in London.

Pakistan PM’s wore clothes security checked at US airport

As per Pakistan media reports Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi went through a security check at New York’s Airport during his visit to United States of America.

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi was seen picking up his bag and coat after security check at airport’s security check room like any ordinary passenger. Pakistan media calling it as major embarrassment for their country.

Currently when ties between two countries are already shaking where US may apply tough actions against Pakistan which includes visa bans and other sanctions, this incident has put relations in vain.

Already seven Pakistani companies have received sanctions against them by US over alleged links to the nuclear trade and more is pakistan’s support for militants waging war in Afghanistan which many times denied by Pakistan.

CBSE Class 10 Maths Paper and Class 12 Economics Paper Cancelled

CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) has cancelled Maths examination of Class 10 and Economics examination of Class 12.

As there was report of paper leak that made CBSE to cancel the examination of class 10 and class 12.

HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar made a press conference today in which he has told that on whatsapp some parts of the paper were leaked and a police complaint has been filed against this incident.

HRD Minister also added, “Investigation is underway and strict action will be taken. We have also decided to tighten security for the time when papers are being distributed.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also unhappy about the situation and re-examination burden over the students.

Within a week new exam dates may be announced by CBSE board. Students can refer CBSE website for further update.

Central Vigilance Commission receives 26,052 corruption complaints against Government Officials

The number of corruption complaints received against government officials which includes Senior officials are 26,052 in the last year 2017 informed to Lok Sabha today.

Minister of state for Personnel Jitendra Singh informed in written reply to Lok Sabha that as per information received from Central Vigilance Commission 26,052 corruption complaints were received against Government Officers in 2017.

From these complaints 22,386 were disposed.

A total of 51,207 and 32,149 such complaints were received in 2016 and 2015 respectively. Of these, 48,764 and 30,789 were disposed in 2016 and 2015 respectively, the minister said.

The personnel ministry does not maintain and consolidated data on the number of cases pertaining to the charges of disproportionate assets against top officials of the Union government.

Dill Mill Gayye actor Karan Paranjape found dead in his home

A shocking news for TV Industry came on March 25 when the news about sudden death of ‘Dill Mill Gayye’ serial’s television actor Karan Paranjape spread around.

The famous character of ‘Dill Mill Gayye’ serial Jignesh or Jiggy played by Karan Paranjape died in Mumbai at the age of 26. His co-actor of Dill Mill Gayye Karan Wahi mourned Karan Paranjape on Instagram with a story. Also Karan wahi wrote on Instagram for Karan Paranjape,“You will be missed dear Jigs, rest in peace my friend.”

According to the report, Karan Paranjape died on March 25 and his body was found by his mother at 11 am on Sunday. Although the cause of death is unknown but as per some media reports Karan Parajape died because of Heart Attack in his sleep.
