Brain Surgery done on wrong patient by Doctors in Kenya at Kenyatta National Hospital in Nairobi.

The incident happens due to mixing up of identification tags of two patients. One patient was there to remove blood clot in brain and other was for brain swelling. After hours of operation they realized their mistake of doing surgery on wrong patient.

After this incident four medical staff people neurosurgeon, ward nurse, theater receiving nurse and anesthetist had been suspended.

Now the operated patient is in good condition and other patient who actually need surgery to remove blood clot had some improvement.

  1. TERMS OF USE– By downloading, browsing, accessing or using Mera Cashback mobile application (“Mobile Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, you must immediately discontinue your access to the Mobile Application and your use of the services offered on the Mobile Application. Continued use of the Mobile Application will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, as may be amended from time to time.
  2. DECLARATION
    • Only the Mera Cashback app owner has full right to activate the user id on this app.
    • The app is free to use and can become paid at any point of time in future.
    • App owner reserves the right to deactivate any user id without pre notice.
    • Old records will be deleted automatically.
    • For Each Transaction , Calculation will be done based on below configurations – 
      * Company Commision % will be used to calculate company service charges.
      * Customer Cashback % will be used to calculate cashback which customer can use in next billing.
  3. DEFINITIONS– In these Terms and Conditions of Use, the following capitalized terms shall have the following meanings, except where the context otherwise requires:

  4. GENERAL ISSUES ABOUT THE MOBILE APPLICATION AND THE SERVICES
    4.1 Location: The Mobile Application, the Services and any Redemptions are intended solely for use by Users who access the Mobile Application. We make no representation that the Services (or any goods or services) are available or otherwise suitable for use outside of India. Notwithstanding the above, if you access the Mobile Application, use the Services or make any Redemptions from locations outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for the consequences and for compliance with all applicable laws.
    4.2 Scope: The Mobile Application, the Services and any Redemptions are for your non-commercial, personal use only and must not be used for business purposes.
    4.3 Prevention on use: We reserve the right to prevent you using the Mobile Application and the Service (or any part of them) and to prevent you from making any Redemptions.
    4.4 Equipment and Networks: The provision of the Services and the Mobile Application does not include the provision of a mobile telephone or handheld device or other necessary equipment to access the Mobile Application or the Services or make any Redemptions.     4.5 Permission to use Mobile Application: If you are not the bill payer for the mobile telephone or handheld device being used to access the Mobile Application, you will be assumed to have received permission from the bill payer for using the Mobile Application.
    4.6 License to Use Material: By submitting any text or images (including photographs) (“Material”) via the Application, you represent that you are the owner of the Material, or have proper authorization from the owner of the Material to use, reproduce and distribute it. You hereby grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the Material to promote any products or services.
    4.7 Applicability of terms and conditions: The use of any Services and/or the Mobile Application and the making of any Redemption are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
  5. REDEMPTIONS
    5.1 Application of these Terms and Conditions of Use: By making any Redemption, you acknowledge that the Redemption is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

    7.2 Accurate information: You warrant that all information provided on Registration and contained as part of your Account is true, complete and accurate and that you will promptly inform us of any changes to such information by updating the information in your Account.
    7.3 Content on the Mobile Application and Service: It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, Samples or information available through the Mobile Application or the Services meet your specific requirements before making any Redemption.
    7.4 Prohibitions in relation to usage of Services or Mobile Application: Without limitation, you undertake not to use or permit anyone else to use the Services or Mobile Application:-

    7.4.3 To send or receive any material for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals (from us or third parties); or which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party in any country in the world;
    7.4.4 To send or receive any material which is technically harmful (including computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data);
    7.4.5 To cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;

    7.5.5 enter into fraudulent interactions or transactions with us or a Merchant (including interacting or transacting purportedly on behalf of a third party where you have no authority to bind that third party or you are pretending to be a third party);

    7.5.6 extract data from or hack into the Mobile Application;

    7.5.7 use the Services or Mobile Application in breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use;

    7.5.8 engage in any unlawful activity in connection with the use of the Mobile Application or the Services; or

Ubuntu 17.10 Gufw firewall bug error solved

Ubuntu 17.10 gufw firewall bug error is getting common with most of Linux users. The bug is that after installing the Uncomplicated Firewall(GUFW) in Ubuntu 17.10 it does not appear on screen whenever user try to launch it. To solve this error of Gufw firewall please follow below steps.

Step 1.
Start your Ubuntu 17.10 operating system.

Step 2.
After the installation of Gufw Firewall in your system when it is not working, then open the terminal window of Ubuntu 17.10.

Step 3.
Now type this command in Terminal window ‘xhost +si:localuser:root’ and press enter as shown in image below.

Step 4.
You will get a revert as ‘localuser:root being added to access control list’.

Step 5.
Now you can run Gufw firewall on your system without any bug error.

Why we get this error [compilation debug=true targetFramework=4.5.1]? The answer is if the IIS is not registered in your system to work with ASP.net the it will show this error. Now we will learn about how to overcome this error. Follow below steps to know more.

Step 1. Type ‘cmd’ in your search button of Windows operating system as shown below.

Step 2. Command prompt icon will be highlighted as you can see in above image. Right click on this icon and click on ‘Run as administrator’.

 

Step 3. A command prompt window will open as shown below.

Step 4. Now type command ‘cd..’ and press enter to close the system32 directory as per image below.

Step 5. Type ‘cd microsoft.net’ and press enter. The Microsoft.net directory will be opened.

Step 6. Type ‘cd framework’ and press enter which will open framework folder.

Step 7. Now type ‘cd v4.0.30319’ and press enter and this folder will also open.

 

Step 8. In the last type ‘aspnet_regiis -i’ and press enter. The installing of ASP.NET will start and completed within few seconds wait. After this process the error [compilation debug=”true” targetFramework=”4.5.1″] will be removed and you can run your ASP.NET application easily.

How to activate our Product

Our product needs to be activate from our accounts manager whenever it is purchased from us. Below are the detail steps on how to activate our product.

Step 1. We will start from the product activation setup file as shown in below image.

Step 2. Right click on the ‘setup.exe’ as per image below, drag to ‘Run as administrator’ and click on it.

Step 3. Now you will see screen as below. This is product activation setup window, click ‘Next’ to proceed further.

Step 4. On next window you can see the path where ‘Product Activation’ software will install and if you want to change the path click on browse else click on ‘Next’.

Step 5. Now the setup is ready to be installed after gathering the required information. Click on ‘Next’ to start the installation.

Step 6. After completing the installation process a window as below will appear of ‘Installation Complete’. Now the setup is installed and you can click on ‘Close’.

Step 7. Click on ‘Start’ you will see ‘Product Activation’ icon as shown in image below. Click on this icon.

Step 8. The main window of ‘Product Activation’ software will now appears as shown in image below.

Step 9. Select the product that you have purchased by selecting the drop down menu.

Step 10. For example, we select Hospital Apps then dates will also be shown as per image below.

Step 11. Now click on ‘Generate User Key’ to generate the key. A key will be generated in the User Key blank text box as shown in below image.

Step 12. Copy that entire key and send it to our accounts manager so that on the basis of that key software key can be generated. When you receive new key from our accounts manager, paste that key in the ‘Activation Key’ text box and click on Activate Product. Now your product is activated.
