Kradit Time – Account Deletion Policy
At Kradit Time, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data.
1. How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account using any of the following methods:
Option 1: Delete Directly from Mobile App
- Open the Kradit Time mobile application
- Go to Profile Section
- Click on Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted. User will get 90 days to get back all details. After 90 days data will be permanently deleted. Only Your mobile number will be maintained in our data. So that you should not be able to signup again
User will be able to signup again with same mobile Number(treated as username) in future after permanent deletion
Option 2: Request via Web Link
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion using the link below:

Option 3: Request via Email

Include the following details:
- Registered Mobile Number / Email ID
- Reason for deletion (optional)
2. Data Deletion Timeline
- Your request will be processed within 48–72 hours
- All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted
3. Data That May Be Retained
In certain cases, we may retain limited data if required for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Financial or accounting compliance
This retained data will not be used for any other purpose.
4. Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Once deleted, you will lose access to all your data and services
- If you wish to use the app again, you will need to register as a new user
